1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigeria naira (₦). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Flash sale prices are time-sensitive and subject to availability. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
3. Wallet System
Your wallet balance is non-transferable to other users. Wallet transactions are final once completed. Minimum and maximum funding limits apply as configured by the platform. We reserve the right to freeze wallet balances if suspicious activity is detected.
4. Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping zone. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Payment
We accept various payment methods including card payments, bank transfers, and wallet balance. All payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Refunds are processed to your wallet balance or original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection. Certain items such as perishables, intimate goods, and customized products are non-returnable.
7. Spin & Win
Daily spin rewards are subject to availability and probability settings. Rewards are credited automatically to your wallet or loyalty points balance. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Spin & Win program at any time.
8. Referral Program
Referral bonuses are credited after the referred user successfully registers. Self-referrals, multiple account creation, and any form of fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account suspension.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software is the property of F-stonehub. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
- Fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
- Manipulation of the reward, referral, or loyalty systems
- Using automated tools to scrape data or create accounts
- Interfering with the platform's security or functionality
- Harassment of other users or staff
11. Limitation of Liability
F-stonehub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
