Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from us within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care and intimate items
- Customized or personalized products
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Orders in your dashboard
- Select the order containing the item you want to return
- Click "Request Return" and fill in the reason
- Upload photos if the item is damaged or defective
- Submit the request and wait for approval (within 24-48 hours)
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected:
- Wallet Refund — Credited within 1-2 business days
- Original Payment Method — Processing time depends on your bank (typically 3-7 business days)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
